Patients Sought:  Patients may be able to participate in this study if their pregnancy has a brain abnormality identified through second trimester fetal ultrasound. Both biological parents are required to provide a blood or saliva sample for sequencing alongside fetal DNA left over from an amniocentesis or CVS procedure.
