ISPD Announces Cancellation of the 24th International Conference on Prenatal Diagnosis and Therapy
The ISPD Executive Committee has closely followed the evolving Coronavirus pandemic and has decided to cancel the 24th International Conference on Prenatal Diagnosis and Therapy in June 2020. This decision was based on the latest information from the World Health Organization, the Public Health Agency of Canada, border closures, and travel ban announcements.
Most importantly, this decision reflects our commitment to social distancing to slow the pandemic and to the health of the attendees.
We are sad to make this decision, but we understand that it is the right thing to do and that priorities lie elsewhere at this extremely difficult time.
We are exploring all options for providing conference content and support for the ISPD community via remote presentation to bridge the gap before the Edinburgh conference in May 2021.
ISPD Headquarters will be reaching out to exhibitors and supporters, abstract submitters, and invited speakers in separate communications.
Please continue to watch this website for updates as they become available.
My best,
Louise Wilkins-Haug MD, PhD
