Abstract Types
Abstracts will be accepted for the following formats. Abstract authors may opt to be considered for one or both formats. Presenters of accepted abstracts are expected to register to attend the conference, at least for the day of their presentation.
Oral Presentation: a standard scientific abstract considered for either an oral presentation, or a poster presentation. Authors may indicate whether they want to be considered for either format, or only for oral presentation. These submissions must include complete objective, methods, results, and conclusions sections.
All oral presentations must be given in person in Edinburgh.
Scientific Poster: a standard scientific abstract submission for a poster presentation. These submissions must include complete objective, methods, results, and conclusions sections. Poster presenters who are attending in person will present a physical poster as well as provide a PDF file for the virtual platform. Virtual attendees will present their posters as PDF files, and authors will have the option to record a brief video. There will be an attended poster session for in-person presenters as well as opportunities for virtual presenters to answer questions from the audience.
All submissions that are accepted and presented at the conference will be published in a special edition of
Prenatal Diagnosis.
